The Top 10 weekend earners at the Australian Box Office, for the weekend of February 14 - 17
Last weekends box office results are in and we have a new entry in the top spot Safe Haven, the adaptation of the popular Nicholas Sparks novel, of the same name, has had a great opening weekend across 245 theatres. It narrowly knocked off last week's top movie Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters by just over $200,000. The movie itself only got a rating of approx 6/10, but as seen in the image above, Julianne Hough makes this movie worth a look if you ask us!

Also spending its first week in the top ten is the Oscar nominated Anna Karenina, moving up from its previous position of 12th. The movie has already recieved awarded for its technical achievements, and is nominated for Best Achievement in Cinematography, Costume Design, Production Design, and its Original Score.
